New locations will open in BGC, Quezon City (Flagship Store), NAIA, Pampanga, La Union, Cavite, and Tagaytay, alongside the expansion of Dingdim 1968, a Hong Kong-based dim sum franchise, in Alabang and Cavite.

Investment in Growth & Innovation

To support expansion, Mama Lou’s is building a state-of-the-art commissary in Las Piñas to enhance supply chain efficiency and consistency. It will also house Mama Lou’s Training University, ensuring talent development at scale.

Further strengthening operations, the company has partnered with PASI, a Microsoft enterprise provider, to modernize its digital infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Diversified Brand Expansion

Beyond its Italian heritage, Mama Lou’s is expanding into new segments:

Tia Belle’s sa Silang, a Filipino heritage brand, will expand into Cavite.

Copolavora, an all-day café, will launch in Metro Manila, targeting the booming café culture.
